A New Chapter for Our Suave Dental West Sacramento Family
To our wonderful West Sacramento patients and families,
We’re writing to share an important update with you.
After considerable effort, we were unable to reach a new lease agreement for our West Sacramento location. Because of this, Suave Dental West Sacramento will close as of August 18, 2026. Our final day seeing patients at this office will be Monday, August 17, 2026.
We know that changing dental offices can feel inconvenient, especially when you have found a dentist and team you know and trust. Please know that we are committed to making this transition as easy and comfortable as possible for you and your family.
The Good News: Dr. Mendoza Is Moving to Roseville
Although our West Sacramento office is closing, Dr. Mendoza will continue caring for patients at Suave Dental Roseville.
That means you can continue seeing the same dentist who already knows you, your dental history, and your family’s needs.
Our Roseville team would truly love the opportunity to welcome you and continue caring for your smile.

What If I Already Have an Appointment?
If your appointment is scheduled on or before August 17, please plan to attend as usual unless a member of our team contacts you.
If you have an appointment scheduled after August 17, or you are currently completing a treatment plan, please call us at (916) 839-3050.
Our friendly team will help coordinate the next steps and make sure your care continues as smoothly as possible.
Information for Liberty Dental Plan Patients
If you have Liberty Dental Plan and would like to continue seeing Dr. Mendoza, please call the member-services number on your insurance card and ask about changing your assigned dental office to:

Suave Dental cannot make this change on your behalf, and all office changes are subject to Liberty Dental Plan’s requirements and approval.
We encourage you to contact your plan as soon as possible to help prevent any interruption in your care.
Your Dental Records Will Remain Available
Your dental records will remain available through Suave Dental.
If you have questions about your records, need a copy, or would like assistance transferring them to another dental provider, please contact our Roseville office.
