1.Introduction Suave Dental offers a SMS alert program for urgent dental cases (AHE). This SMS program is intended for Suave Dental internal authorized personnel only.

• How to Opt In: It can be opt in by texting START to (415) 813-6630. No messages are sent before that. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• How to Opt Out: To opt out at any time, reply STOP to (415) 813-6630. For help, reply HELP.
• After opting in, a confirmation message confirming their subscription and reiterating opt-out and help instructions. The confirmation message states: “You are now opted in to receive internal SMS alerts for urgent cases (AHE). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

2.Information We Collect When you opt-in for our A2P text messaging services, we may collect the following types of personal information: Contact Information: Your mobile phone number.
